   Levington Marina – Suffolk Yacht Harbour is set a little way out of the village along a long track, but is a bustling marina offering excellent facilities. These include sailing schools (one of which offers courses for those with disabilities), boat maintenance and repair, chandleries, yacht brokers and a yacht club (the Haven Ports Yacht Club).

   St Martin Church – St Martin is in the grounds of Orwell Park at Nacton, and is very much a 'Big House' church. A gateway in the wall shows where the Vernons used to come to divine service, but the Brokes must have arrived by road.

   Nacton Shore – A superb peaceful river shore which is perfect for birdwatching.
